Lamb Rack Tandoori
Prep time 15 minutes / Cooking time 30 minutes
1 packet 180 gm Brahim’s Tandoori paste
350 gm rack of lamb (rusuk kambing muda)
Coriander leaf (as garnishing)
Lime slice (as garnishing)
Use 2/3 of the Brahim’s sauce to marinate the rack of lamb overnight in the fridge.
Grill for 5-10 minutes, until they are half cooked.
Place the rack of lamb in a saucepan with the remaining sauce and cook gently over medium heat for 10 more minutes until lamb is cooked.
Squeeze some lime on the lamb. Remove to a serving plate and best eaten with naan bread or white rice
