1 packet 180 gm of Brahim’s Rendang Sauce
500 gm beef tenderloin
120 gm steamed rice
40 gm acar rampai
Parsley leaf (as garnishing)
Fried chili (as garnishing)
Spring onion (as garnishing)
2 nos onion ring (as garnishing)
Pour some oil in a saucepan and sauté the beef 2-3 minutes.
Pour Brahim’s Rendang Sauce and cook until meat is tender.
Add the garnishing and serve with white rice.
