Beef Spare Ribs Rendang
Prep time 25 minutes / Cooking time 30 minutes
1 packet 180gm Brahim’s Rendang Sauce
250 gm beef spare ribs
20 gm x 3 Japanese rice cube
Turmeric leaf (as garnishing)
Chilli flower (as garnishing)
Parsley leaf (as garnishing)
Lime slice and red chili slice (as garnishing)
Heat 10 ml oil (3/4 tablespoon) in a pan and brown beef spare ribs.
Add Brahim’s Rendang Sauce with 250 ml
(1 cup) water.
Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until beef spare ribs are tender. Add garnishing.
Serve hot with Japanese rice cube or white rice.
