Seafood Sweet Sour
Prep time 15 minutes / Cooking time 15 minutes
1 packet of 180gm Brahim’s Kuah Tiga Rasa
100 gm squid cut flower
100 gm prawn (medium size)
100 gm red snapper cube
1 nos red & yellow pepper (as garnishing)
Red chili (as garnishing)
Fry the seafood items for 3-4 minutes on both sides until golden brown or steam until cooked through.
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add 1 pack of Brahim’s Tri Flavour Sauce /Kuah Tiga Rasa
Bring to a boil, add seafood items and simmer until sauce thickens. Add garnishing.
Add in 2-3 bird chilies if preferred.
