For a taste of home during the reunion feasting, Chef Faizal and Chef Choa from Brahim’s SATS have prepared an array of easy to cook dishes using Brahim’s cooking sauces.
The dishes may not be the regular Chinese cuisine, but it certainly conjures up a creative twist to the new year menus.
