Brahim’s helps donates food to Penang flood victims and volunteers from UNIKL
Brahim’s today announced that it will support the Penang flood relief by donating food products. This initiative is made through its collaboration with Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UNIKL).
Nur Fatin Dato’ Seri Ibrahim, Group Managing Director of Dewina Holdings Sdn Bhd. said, “We are saddened by the flood tragedy in Penang and we will help to do what we can to ease their difficulties in this catastrophe experienced by Penangites.
“Through this collaboration, we will donate 864 packets of Brahim’s ready-to-eat rice comprising of Nasi Goreng Kampung and Nasi Lemak with Sambal Ikan Bilis for the flood victims and volunteers from UNIKL. Each packet can serve one to two persons. Brahim’s is firmly committed to its corporate social responsibility and believe that no corporation can live apart from the community it serves and it is our responsibility to extend a helping hand in their time of need”, added Nur Fatin.
A team from UNIKL came to collect Brahim’s food at Brahim’s Shoppe.
