Brahim’s expands product line with Meals-Ready-To-Eat Rice and introduces its recipe book to Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan, 19 August 2016 – Brahim’s Dewina Holdings Sdn Bhd, a leading name in the Malaysian halal food manufacturing and industrial catering industry, officially announced the launch of Brahim’s Meals-Ready-To-Eat (MRE) rice and its recipe book – “Malaysia’s favourite traditional recipes” in Brunei Darussalam.

The five rice menus that will be available for Brunei market are Nasi Briyani Ayam, Nasi Briyani Kambing, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin, and Nasi Arab Kambing. To complement the new product offerings, a unique 162-pages recipe book, which includes story on Brahim’s journey in the food business and 42 recipes, is also introduced to provide solutions for those who have time constraint. Offering guidance and options to consumers in food preparation either using the simplified convenient way or following the traditional way of cooking.

Brahim’s MRE rice will be available in most premium and neighbourhood outlets in Brunei and will be retailing at a price ranging from to B$4.50 to B5.50. Brahim’s recipe book, “Malaysia’s favourite traditional recipes” will be available at Best Eastern Bookstore and retailing at B$23.00.
