Brahim’s ‘Anyone Can Cook’ Roadshow Penang helps shoppers in easy convenient cooking
Shoppers in Penang were shown on how easy and convenient to cook with the help of Brahim’s ‘Anyone Can Cook’ roadshow.
The event comprised of various activities seeking to elevate shoppers home cooking experience with meals-ready-to-eat rice (MRE rice), and ready-to-cook sauces.
The three-day roadshow, which began Friday, March 24 until Sunday, March 26, held from 10am to 10pm at Bukit Jambul Mall, showcased live cooking demonstrations of Brahim’s ready-to-cook sauces, and MRE rice that highlighted just how easy, convenient and less time consuming in preparing a healthy delicious meal and halal for the family.
Fazil Othman, Marketing Manager of Dewina Trading Sdn Bhd, said: “We are really excited to show and demonstrate our quality, healthy, easy cooking Brahim’s products to our customers in Penang. This is our first roadshow for the year and we choose to kick-start it in Penang.”
“We are confident that the food demonstration and sampling engagements will give us the opportunity to introduce the wide range of Brahim’s products to our customers. In addition, this roadshow is also a prelude to Brahim’s brand 30thanniversary next year. Penang is one of the states that has high demand on Brahim’s products from customers. Hence, it’s time for the company to give back to the customers in Penang through this roadshow with educational product knowledge, lots of fun activities for shoppers such as blindfold food tasting, wheels of fortune, jigsaw puzzle, kids game, food plating competition and lucky draw prizes to take home.” added Fazil.
It was a fun-filled event with enthusiastic shoppers joining in the cooking demo and enjoying the food sampling. Others took part in the blindfold food tasting, wheel of fortune and jigsaw puzzle games. Encik Fahimi Dato’ Seri Ibrahim, Director of Dewina Holdings Sdn Bhd was also present to give away the prizes to the lucky winners.
The “Brahim’s Anyone Can Cook Roadshow” will continue at other selected locations in Johor Bahru, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Kinabalu and Klang Valley. All of the chosen locations are major city centers, which have a large Brahim’s customer’s presence.
Following this roadshow, a 2-month hypermarket promotion will be held from April 1 until May 21, 2017, at 12 locations in selected states including 2 locations in Penang namely Mydin Bukit Mertajam and Mydin Bertam, Kepala Batas. Activities for the hypermarket promotions include rice-cooking demo, food sampling and 5% discount on all Brahim’s sauces and meals-ready-to-eat rice.
