Brahim’s Ready To Eat Food for Kampung Kuala Goh, Gua Musang Emergency Relief

Brahim’s along with Food Aid Foundation and Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat sent food aid to 34 families of Orang Asli Kampung Kuala Koh, Gua Musang, Kelantan on 14 June 2019.

With recent reports of the emergency situation at the Orang Asli Village, with 13 casualties, 3 in critical condition and 80 still being treated at hospitals in Kelantan, the villagers were under quarantine. Therefore, together with JKM and KPDNHEP, Brahim’s and partners entered the village to send food supplies as the villagers were not allowed to leave. Due to some reports claiming the contamination is from the water source, Brahim’s and partners will provide them with Ready to Eat meals, to reduce the chances of any risk of contact with water. About 1000 packs of Ready to Eat meals and mineral water were dispatched to the victims.
