Brahim’s Dewina Group awarded the ‘Best International Promotion of Malaysian Cuisine’ at the Tourism Industry Awards 2024
Brahim’s Dewina Group was awarded the ‘Best International Promotion of Malaysian Cuisine’ at the Tourism Industry Awards 2024 on 26 July 2024.
Organised by the Malaysia International Tourism Development Association (MITDA) and Santai Travel, the prestigious ceremony was held at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur and the Guest of Honour was Chief Minister of Malacca, Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh.
The Tourism Industry Award 2024 is not just a celebration of past achievements, but a beacon guiding the future of our industry. By recognizing and rewarding excellence, we aim to inspire continuous innovation and sustainability in tourism, said Kapten Mahadzir, President of Malaysia International Tourism Development Association (MITDA).
The Tourism Industry Award 2024 honored exceptional contributions across various categories, including Best Destination, Sustainable Tourism Leader, Innovation in Travel, Best Hospitality Provider, Cultural and Heritage Tourism, Tourism Marketing Campaign, Adventure Tourism Excellence and many more.
These awards highlight the resilience, creativity, and dedication of those who have significantly impacted the industry. More than 80 awards were presented to the industry players for their excellence and support in the development of the tourism industry in Malaysia.
According to Dato’ Emmy Suraya Hussein, Organizing Chairman of TIA 2024 the awards recognizes and honours tourism industry players for outstanding and innovative products and services. It also acts as an incentive for participants to strive for the highest level of professionalism and quality in both products and services.
