How to Prepare Self-Heating Meals?
1.  Open the ziplock container and insert the food pack
2.  Insert the food warmer into the ziplock and fill 150ml of water into the ziplock container
and seal it
3.  Let stand for 12 minutes
4.  After 12 minutes, open the ziplock and carefully remove the food pack.
5.  Your hot meals are ready to eat. Enjoy!

Flameless ration heater, or FRH, is a water-activated exothermic chemical heater used to heat food. US military specifications for the heater require that it be capable of raising the temperature of an eight-ounce main meal by 100° F in twelve minutes and that it displays no visible flame.

Use this disposable ration heater to heat any of the expedition’s meals. To use, simply insert the unopened meal bag in the heater pouch and add water. Wait twelve minutes and your meal is ready to eat. We have used this ration heater to heat 1 x 150ml emergency drinking water pouches successfully by over 40 degrees C, so you can make a warm drink anywhere without a fire or stove!

Directions for use are printed on each ration heater pack.

This pack consists of 1 Heating element. It can only be used once.

Kami telah menggunakan pemanas catuan ini untuk memanaskan kantung air minuman kecemasan 1 x 150ml dengan jayanya pada suhu lebih 40 darjah C, jadi anda boleh membuat minuman hangat di mana jua tanpa api atau dapur!
