Chicken Tandoori
(with Brahim\’s Tandoori Sauce)
Serves 4
180 gm Brahim\’s Tandoori sauce
1 kg of chicken breast skin off
5 gm black pepper broken
1 nos of naan bread
1 slice of lime
50 gm of cucumber raita
Use 2/3 of the Brahim’s sauce to marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge.
Sprinkle the black pepper onto chicken and grill for 5-10 minutes, until they are half cooked.
Place the chicken in a saucepan with the remaining sauce and cook gently over medium heat for 10 more minutes until chicken is cooked.
Squeeze some lime on the chicken. Remove to a serving plate and best eaten with naan bread and cucumber raita.
