Seafood Lontong
(with Brahim’s Kuah Masak Lemak/Creamy Coconut Sauce)
Serves 4
300g seafood of your choice – squid, prawns, mussels, fish fillet, etc (cleaned)
1 packet Brahim’s Kuah Masak Lemak/Creamy Coconut Sauce
Place the seafood and the Brahim’s sauce in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, or till the seafood reaches your desired level of doneness. Serve hot, with rice.
